Our recent “Shaping the right company culture” event was extremely interesting, and you can find a video recording of the event here.

Hosted by Peter Franks, Partner and founder of Neon River, the discussion centred around company culture – what is it? Can a company culture be homogeneous, or should it adapt? How do you manage “brilliant jerks”? How do you create a culture with lots of employees working remotely due to Covid? At what stage should you start thinking about defining and embedding your culture?
