Software business The Access Group has appointed Rob Binns as its new Chief Financial Officer. Rob is the former CFO of Finastra.
Toronto-listed gaming operator The Stars Group has appointed Video Game Executive John Schappert as an Independent Director. Schappert has served as Chairman and CEO of Shiver Entertainment, a developer of video game software for consoles such as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Real estate digital platform Housfy has appointed Mikael Journo as its COO. Mikael is the former VP Marketing Strategy and Central Operations at King.
Yoox Net-a-Porter has made two new senior executive appointments. Pete Marsden has joined the business as Chief Technology Officer, he is the former CTO of Aviva. Paolo Inga has been appointed as the Group’s Global Human Resources Director. Most recently Paolo spent 11 years at Vodafone, where he was the HR Leader for Vodafone Shared Services.
